How do we give back our vehicle???

Hi Everyone, so as some of you know we are discharged, but not closed. We did NOT sign a reaffirmation on our vechile, but kept paying on it, so now we want to give it back. Do I call the lender? Do I just drop it off at a dealer?
I do not make my payment this month on the vehicle and it is now considered late. How do i go about giving it back? I do not want to vehcile sitting in my driveway for month.

Jessiegirl, I called my lender and we made a date for them to pick up the vehicle. Because I did not want to have them come to my home , I left it at the car lot where I already purchased my 'new/used' vehicle. You can make arrangements at any neutral location. They came right on time - I was discharged on a Monday and the vehicle was picked up on Friday. I called the BK dept of the lender.

I got tired of waiting for them to come get it, so I dropped it off at the dealership after hours with a note and key in the service drop box. Congrats on the discharge!
