So, after just mentioning bankruptcy one time to Juniper Credit card. They come crawling back to me, asking me to re-consider filing a BK. Noting programs and such, even the monthly statement says.

So, just if you just want to get the bank to lower your interest rate, tell them your filing BK and stop paying. I told Juniper about my intent just two short months ago, and already they are willing to work out something. Without the aid of a Credit Counseling Agency.
I still will be sticking to my guns and filing my BK anyway, but this may help some other folks.
