Is there a statue of limitations on filing for redemption if your property is taken away from you in Chapter 7??
I was told that their "would not" be a foreclosure on the land - that the BK overrides it!!!
Remember my property (mobile home) was seized because of an unperfected title and now the trustee control the mobile home and the bank has control of the land.
I am in the process of trying to buy the land back!!!
Any input would be appreciated, any links I can check out??
