We filed BK last year then inherited some money after the discharge.. The trustee took it to pay my debts off, it was more than he needed, so i recently got a notice of "abandonment of property" from the trustee for the "balance of funds". How much longer must i wait for the rest of the money back? Our lawyer is rude and abusive, so I don't want to ask him.

I imagine it won't be long now...if the trustee has filed notice of abandonment, you should get it within 30 to 45 days from the date the trustee filed the notice of abandonment. -
