I am now under Ch13 (1 out of 3 years) and need to modify my plan. My attorney filed Amended Schedules I & J for me earlier and will meet the trustee to hear my motion on next Wednesday.
Anyone has this experience before? What questions will the trustee ask? Is it a very long session or as fast as 341 meetings? Also, will the trustee tell you right away if he approve or reject the motion?
