Has anyone filed at this court? I was wondering if they have typewriters there? I filled out all the forms on my computer and printed them out, but 2 local forms are not pdf fillable and so i just printed them out and am hoping they have typewriters at the court.

If i am not able to fill them out with a typewriter do you think it will be okay to just print as clear as possible?

For the "list all the names used in the past" section, should i write in all the variations of my name and last name listed on my credit reports? My name is difficult to spell and pronounce and therefore i have like 3-4 variations of it on my credit reports.

Or does anyone know if there are typewriters in most bk courts? Filing today!!

You can handwrite the forms. (very clearly) I would ask the clerk where you file if you should initial any of the handwriting when you submit the form.

So I went downtown where the BK court is located at in Riverside and couldn't file because the system was down. I signed everything today and dated it, they told me that hopefully tomorrow I would be able to fix it. Anyone experience this before?
