Multiple listings of same collection agency

I'm filling out the Form7 software, and need to know that if we have several different original creditors that all went to a single collection agency, do I need to list the collections every time or just once to cover them all? Thanks for the advice - am very happy to have found this site!!

We had the same thing. One collection agency was collection on 2 accounts. One was for a doctor, and the other was for bank fees. Our lawyer listed them twice, and in the notes section, put for what company they were collecting on behalf, with zero balances. The amount of the debt was listed under the original creditor. Hopes this helps, other may have better ideas!
