Assume that an individual has a judgment against them on a wrongful death case and they wouldn't pass the means test based upon monthly income to normally file Chapter 7.
Would the judgement awarded against that individual be considered a non-consumer debt and thus allow the individual to actually file Chapter 7 for protection?
