Okay, for those who have filed pro-se are you putting down your student loan payments as a special circumstance (basically to include your student loan payments which cannot be discharged)? Also, what about anyone who filed pro-se and is above the means test?

I filed pro se over median. I was about $1800 over median. I included my student loan payments ($120) in my Sched. J and it wasn't questioned. I'm in the N. Dist. CA.

I filed pro se under the median. I included my monthly payment on the Schedule J. As far as listing them as a creditor, they should be listed with the rest of your unsecured creditors.
Since they cannot be wiped out in bkr, you need to take the payments in account when setting up your monthly budget.

Definitely include them in your montly payments (ie. rent, electricity ect.). Student loans cannot be discharged. Also list them as a creditor. Willowhare is correct. Include them as well as a creditor.

I just filed today, pro se, and I included them. They are going to be there after the BK, and are protected like tax, child support, etc - so I put them on the expenses.
The BK document helper place I used said to put them on the priority unsecured list - does that sound right to you? On one hand it does, since they can come after me like other priority debt if I do not pay them, but I don't know.
Fingers crossed.
