I assume the trustee reviews the petition ahead of time, as some people get a request for more info. OR that might just mean that some trustees or districts request more info on everyone. Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.

The Trustee also gets a copy of your petition when he is appointed by the Court. When he attends the 341 meeting he already knows all about you. What he reads on your petition will determine if he wants more information from you or not....
If he notices unusual things on your petition, he normally will ask you about them at the 341 meeting and may request additional info then.
At your 341 meeting he may request copies of your bank statements - he may not....
Yes, the Trustee is familar with your case......So be prepared and you will be okay....

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
