I am nearing the end of my 13. I made some extra payments last fall in order to get out ( original end was 10/2009 ). I am still waiting for the Trustee audit to be finished after judges order Feb 3.
I have not received any communication other than the audit was being done.
Today I had a Recovery Agent for the bank that one of my vehicles was financed through show up at the house. The vehicle he was looking for is not here, hasnt been in 2 years since it broke down.
My attorney did advise we might have to surrender vehicle, but told me before not to do anything without him saying so.
The agent said he had a Lift of Stay letter but wouldnt let me see it.
