Talk to your attorney-it looks like how the courts rule on this varies by district/state. (Stripping 2nd mortgages when the value is less than the 1st.)

I will definitely bring this to our meeting. I am so anxious, I can't even sleep. I'm so fearful we will get there and he won't follow through and file and we'll be stuck with new laws, even though I still don't know the difference. LOL.
