Morgage upside, do I need to use the exemtion

Hi everyone. Nice to see people helping eachother.

I have a couple of questions that I just can't seem to find the answers. I intend to file chapter 7 this month.

I live in florida, My morgage is upside down around $ 80,000. (this week). We intend to stay in our home, and continue paying the morgage. I have listed my residence on Schedule C, and listed the value of the ecemption at 0, as I have no equity. Is this correct, or am I misunderstanding the form ?

On Individual debtors statement of intention, I have my morgage listed.
the choices if retaining the propery are to redeem, reaffirm, and other. I would like the morgage to ride through. Is this other ?, or do I have to check reaffirm.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Any Good lawyer recomendations for brevard county florida ?
