I am a government employee who is being relocated 300 miles from my current home due to a base closing. This relocation will take place in approximately 1 year, at my 48 month of the plan. My home is being bought by the government via the Defense National Relocation Program (DNRP), which will result in, at best, payoff of my two mortgages, or, a negative equity situation.

2. If so, what difficulties did you encounter with the trustee, if any?
