    CM Review Case-Terminated

Please can anyone tell me what this means...I just saw it on Pacer and I'm so scared that I missed something...

I only received information of my 341 meeting scheduled for 5/18/09 and this was scheduled on 5/4/09. Did I miss something?

    Please help...

    Terminated means it has happened.

For example. 341 Meeting of Creditors-Terminated. You are no longer waiting for your 341.

CM review case. Don't know what CM is, but I am thinking it means someone/possibly a clerk or Trustee reviewed your case?

Look on PACER for the abbreviations list and see that CM is.

Thank you for responding but it also has an option to choose "satisfied" or "terminated"...and I can't find what "CM" means anywhere...

Is it possibly the initials of your Trustee? Or perhaps it is the intials of a BK clerk?

Maybe "Clerk Manual" as in manually review case?

I have no idea, just throwin' stuff out there.

I wouldn't worry about it too much, doesn't sound too ominus.
