Whats rights

Need to if I have no assets but will receive a tax refund in 2005 for 2004 year , am I required to hand it over to the trustee, or will the trustee file for it to go directly to their office. And also If I receive the check and cash it and my Ch. 7 has been discharged will it be undischarged.

If I am reading your question correctly, you've stated that your Chp7 BK has been discharged. If this is the case, then don't worry about handing over your refund check.
