Okay so we are surrendering the house. The mortgage company is set to go to court Tuesday to get a judge to sign off on it and we are not going to try to stop it. Well Saturday as we were moving the remainder of our stuff out a lady pulls up and wants to buy the house, now she is calling me and my lawyer like crazy. We don't stand to make anything off the sale because we owe about what it is worth, so should we even try to talk to the trustee about it or just leave it alone?
