Potential client wants to file Chapter 7. Filed an extension on 2008 taxes. Can she still file for bankrupcty? She has filed her 2007 tax returns and before. She ust has not completed her entire return for 2008. Is it acceptable just to provide the 2008 extensinon documents plus the 2007 return? Or does she have to wait until she has has fully completed her 2008 taxes. Thank you.

Normally the IRS will require you to file within 10 days of the 341. At least here in S TX that's what the IRS wants.Originally posted by mnbkylawyer View PostPotential client wants to file Chapter 7. Filed an extension on 2008 taxes.
