    How to keep motorcycle

I know there have been a couple motorcycle threads already but I promise this one is different.

I own my bike outright. When I met with our attorney the first time, he assured me the trustee wouldn't let me keep it. I live in VA.

    Will the trustee:
    1) Take the bike and sell it?
    2) Ask me to sell it?
    3) Offer to let me keep it for fair market value

I was wondering if I can sell it to my mom and give the trustee the money that way I can keep it but I didn't want to dispose of any vehicles so close to filing, even though I'd turn the money over to them.

Thoughts on how to keep it?

If you are in a 13, you probably will have to pay into the plan what the bike is worth.
    Do you have another vehicle?
    Single?
    Have you checked other lawyers?

Married and we have 2 newer vehicles with payments and the truck that is paid off and has 125,000 miles on it. I've not checked with another attorney about this particular issue but we're trying to meet with 1 more before we choose.
