Secured Furniture Payment on Means Test

I don't see a place in the secured section to put a furniture payment. On the legal consumer means test there is a spot for home and vehicle 1 and 2.....but not this....I can't put this in the home or car box because it reduces from that exemption.....

Any ideas?

What year was the furniture bought?

I"m not actually sure you can use it on the means test .

However if its been more than a year it is likely that you could keep the property and still discharge. Basically you'd list the debt on the petition like any other. They'd probably call up after discharge, hey you gotta pay us or we'll pick up the furniture. Say Okay come get the furniture on xxx date and I"ll be here. Then you'd probably never hear again from them. If the furniture was bought much more recently say in the last 6 months there is a greater chance they'd show up to pick it up.

I'm not worried about it being picked up, but it is a secured monthly payment.....sigh
