Ok quick question….We already spent this years refund, but I’m nervous about the 2005 tax refund, we REALLY need that money, for a medial surgery I have to have. I know we will find out at out 341 meeting which is at the end of the month, but I just a nervous Nelly!
I was looking over a copy of our petition from our lawyer, and I wondering if an exemption could cover some of our refund. With all of our property including car, it comes too $2000. We are allowed $1200 for a car, but since we are married it doubles(I think ?), to $2400. Our car was only worth $150…yikes!!...YES it is sad….the parts are worth more than the car, yet it still runs, and gets us from point A to B, and no dents or rust!!…LOL
Anyways we hardly touch our car exemption, can that remainder go towards the refund?? Would we be able to use the wildcard? Anybody know??:blink:
