Is that something that is used for Ch. 7? I don't have a "Statement of Financial Affairs" in my 40-page packet of forms.

Girl, get a grip you aren't doing yourself any good getting all worked up. First you need to makes at least one copy of what you filed (a working copy) put the other somewhere safe, before you lose something. Get all your records together and make a list of questions for your meeting with the attorney.
