i need to apologize to a couple of you who have PM'd me. I always fail to check them and I am late in replying. I will try to be more helpful.
Now, HERE's a strange one:
My BK debtor education was completed on Feb 8th. I had my first 341 Jan 12th.
I had 45 days to file my debtor education papers.
The education site had my BK # wrong and forwarded my papers late.
I filed them TODAY. My attorney was so pissed!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He said that if they complain we may have to file a motion to oppose a dismissal since I went more than 45 days after my first 341.
He's not terribly worried but I ALWAYS worry.
Oh well, time to open a good bottle of wine and watch the Lakers.
