Our plan was confirmed on 6/9/09 – our motion to lien strip our second was granted 5/7, originally JP Morgan filed a claim for just the arrearages of $869 do they now have to file a new claim for the full amount of the loan 50K?

Also - if you are paying secured loans mortgage and auto outside of the plan do they need to file a claim if no arrearages exist?

The claims bar date is 6/29
