Re-Opening Case

I've read on here that a case can be re-opened up to 1 year... However, I'm unclear as to whether that is one year from date of file, or from date of discharge. Anyone have any info on this?

I think 1 year from discharge, but I'm not sure though. It's rarely done but usually in extreme cases like a large inheritence months after a ch7 discharge or something like that.
