I am curently in the 60 day club fro chapter 7. Here is the situation, my company has informed me my facility will shut down in August. They have offered me a generous retention package to stay and close my facility. My question is will the trustee take it?

No, its past your 341. You don't need to inform him of a severance package. Since ultimately it will lead to a worse situation than you have now (that is being unemployed).
