Painless , only about 3-5 min for us , we were asked five questions which were easy and simple and all yess and no answers , example: Is all the information given correct? how much did you pay for your home? Are we still working at current jobs? any changes? and then were said to have no assetts.. and our attorney told us to look for our discharge in about 3 months ..So ours must have been a open and shut case thank goodness...:

Now we are starting a life with no such thing as a credit card.. Car payment , Cash only .. we will try to rebuild our credit with our current mortgage . Hope that works beacuse hoestly we do not want anything else but to refinance our house next November...DISCHARGED Case CLOSED = 01/03/2006
