Ok..this is what is says...what does it all mean?

First Meeting of Creditors with 341(a) meeting to be held on 12/13/2005 at 02:30 PM

Objections for Discharge due by 02/13/2006. (admin, )

    What are objections to Discharge?

Any help from anyone who has been in this situation...comment please

    Thanks to all.

I think it pretty much means any objections from creditors to discharge the debt. In other words, creditors have 60 days to dispute, if they want. I wouldn't worry as it sounds standard. That's pretty much what my Pacer says.

Yes, creditors have 60 days from the date of creditors meeting to object (for whatever reason). From what I've read, the main reason for a creditor objecting would be fraud or use of credit card within 60/90 days priors to filing.

We have like 10 Credit Cards...but they have pretty much been maxed out for a year now...so the only available credit is never anymore than $50...we have used several of them in the past 60 days for small purchases..generally at the gas station or grocery store..or online credit reports. All less the $50...do you think that will be a problem and cause an objection? We have been paying the minimum on all cards, until we filled. Should we keep paying them if at all possible..or just stop now that we have filed???

Also the rest of the debt we are trying to discharge is medical bills or really really old debt from either a credit card or department store card..all over 5 or 6 years old.

We have 2 vehicles...1 trailer...all wrapped up in one loan..that our bank is re-affirming with us...so we don't loose our property...

Other than the above mentioned we owe a vender...27,000 for printing aquired in August..for our business...which is not bringing in much income now..and we are pretty much out of business..

Does this sounds like a RUN OF THE MILL...Chapter 7? OR should I brace for problems?

Sounds like the worse case scenerio is the vendor, (unless it was last august) and the continued use of the cards, they could object and you have to pay that back. I do hope the 27,000 is for 2004. Did you have an attorney??
I'll be watching, you may never know when or how, but I'll be there. I am there now....

NO...it wasn't in 2004...We have a small business..DBA...and we normally order 12,000 worth of printing every 2 to 3 months and have no problem paying it off in that time...however in April 2005...a distributing company wanted to start selling our product and ordered about 32,000.00 dollars worth..and after they were printed and bill was incurrred for 32,000..they said...ok ship us...5,000.00 worth of the product and we will take the remaining 32,000 within the next 2 to 4 months....BUT..they never called back..and after many attempts to call them..they basically said...we won't need the rest tilll first quarter of 2006, which would mean they want 2006 publication and we have 32,000 of 2005 publication in stock...un paid for..because they decided they didn't want it...Does that make since??? So, we are stuck with the over production and the bill.......SO the debt was aquired in June 2005.....but by no bad intention...

Thanks for all comments..keep them coming...this is great information
