I filed 10/14 "pro se" after months of looking into other options. I think I could have qualified under the new laws, but I figured I waited so long why wait? Suprisingly my 341 meeting was scheduled exactly 4 weeks after my filing date, which was a mixed blessing. I'm glad to have things move along quickly, but I was prepared to have my trustee contact me about what documents to bring to the meeting (I've already set aside my pay stubs for a year, and bank statements for the past 18months). The clerk handed me a sheet with a list of things to submit to my trustee 2 weeks prior to the 341 meeting instead of at the meeting, which only gives me 2 weeks to gather all the info I need. No problem except for one, and it's probably a biggie. I don't have copies of my taxes from the past two years, which is what is requested. I've already submitted a request from the IRS for copies but the website says it takes up to 60 days, I also submitted a request for transcripts because the turnaround time for those is only 10-15 days. Does anyone know what the trustee will do if I explain my situation to him? I have everything else ready and I submitted my request immediatly after being notified of what is needed. I would have ordered them earlier, but at $39 each I didn't want to request them if they weren't needed.
Also, I don't own a vehicle but use one that's owned by and registered to a relative (he's always owned it, I didn't transfer it to him). I put travel expenses of $165 (for maintence and gasoline, a conservative estimate) and insurance $75 since I pay for insurance myself. Will this be a problem or red flag? I'm prepared to bring in the title/registration/insurance to show the facts.

I'll be watching, you may never know when or how, but I'll be there. I am there now....
