I just got approved through US Bank. No details yet. What other banks so this? Also he was relunctant to give me the terms, only the payment amount $280. what has been your experiences?

The APR will be high-24%-27% most likely. But, if you're WAY upside down it can be an overall savings-especially if you can pay extra, get paid off sooner, and save some of that interest.
# of months will probably be somewhere between 48-60. I don't think they go beyond that. If you're financing a total of about $9500 (they include a loan fee, maybe others-not sure) then a $280ish payment would be right for about 60 months. If you pay an extra $40-45/mo you'll pay it off a year sooner.
If you're financing about $8500, you'll be closer to 48 payments. An extra $60/mo will save you a year.
In either case, they do compound daily-so you'll pay less overall if you pay before your due date, will pay extra if you pay after your due date, etc.
