    Another paranoid filer...

    Hi everyone! I signed papers at my attorney's office on Saturday Oct. 8. I was starting to think my attorney didn't file on time when I finally got a call from his secretary with my case number and 341 meeting date of Nov.17th @ 10am. I looked it up on Pacer, and nothing. I'm not sure what date my attorney filed but if they already have the 341 meeting date shouldn't it appear on Pacer by now?
    My BK Status:
    10/12/2005 Chapter 7 petition on file w/ BK court
    11/17/2005 341 Hearing (Done)
    1/17/2006 Deadline for Objections (Scheduled)

    Pacer in some districts is a little behind.
    Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.

      That makes perfect sense! Can't seem to stop worrying. Probably won't feel better til it's all over.

        You'll be okay, the "BIG STEP" is now over, it's downhill the rest of the way...
        The hard part is making the decision....
        Sit back, wait on that 341 meeting and be patient.
        Hopefully everything will go well for you.
