Relief from stay (car) question...

Got a Relief from stay in the mail yesterday, hearing set 8-19.

Question is this. When the Judge grants this, what happens?
Does this allow for regular repo procedures or does this force the surrender on demand?

The creditor will ask you (your attorney) to have the vehicle where he can get it. I assume you are surrendering it right?

Yep. The plan is to give it back. The Attorney indicated we'd put it off as long as possible.

There's another car I own. It has several thousand dollars of non-exempt exposure, depending on which guide being used, and is currently non-drivable. It developed a bad exhaust leak which vents into the interior of the car. Didn't want to spend any money on it if I'll be forced to give it up.
