Have you filed all the paperwork? Sounds like you didn't file a matrix of creditors. My interpretation is the court is recommending they dismiss your case for lack of paperwork, but giving you a chance to correct it first.

Im looking at petition and it shows a crediter matrix (list of all crediters] I printed it off of pacer site I dont understand thisif they have it then the courts have it Can someone look at their petition and tell me if the creditor matrix is just a list of the names and adresses of all crediters

My matrix is formatted the same. Some districts require different things, such as some require the matrix on a disk.

Do you submit the full petition, or only the 'emergency' petition?
