Well we finally filed yesterday, Yeah !!

It has been a few months in the workings but we officially filed yesterday.
It feels good to get things started....I realize we have months ahead before its done but...its still a start.
Our attorney said 3-4 before we hear back from trustee...wow....so we pay and wait.

Will we be in Pacer yet? can we track our progress? where do we go?

and you must sign on as a member. We used a Debit card, but there may be other ways. There are some stickies on the Forum that lead you through how to use. I admit I have not read them all, but I am a computer consultant so I did not need all that. Sorry. Your case should be there by this time. 'Hub
