I think that is just a statement of fact (the legal mumbo jumbo you know) But call and ask him, you pay him the big bucks don't you??? I feel sure he has, I think it is addressing the issues in which it could be thrown out, a disclaimer of sorts.

OK, went to attorneys office the next morning. He informed us that this is just a typical notice that gets posted to everybodys account. He also informed me that he receives emails for every addition that is posted to all of his clients acounts so he can know daily what is going on. I feel better. Thanks
