Had my 341 today and it was suppose to be at 2pm but seemed like they were an hour behind on everyone. Noticed that the trustee seemed to be grilling everyone and it was running long. Not the in and out I expected,
My lawyer had about 6 clients of his there, more thana any other lawyer so he let everyone go ahead of him. When I got my turn, I was the last one in there!
So the benefit of being last, I did get done pretty fast. She asked me if I was keeping my car (no), asked me why I don't keep my money in the bank, just cash my paycheck, I must pay cash for everything and don't have direct deposit (yes pay cash for everything and after having a garnishment, not a lot of trust leaving my money to be grabbed). Then she asked me that I had put down additional income on my 2008 tax return and asked how I got the addtional income and I said it wasn't income, I had won a couple trips and had to clain the value as income for tax purposes. Then the trustee, her clerk and my lawyer wanted to know how to win trips and I gave them the website I belong to and go enter on and they thought that was great that I won! lol
Then she asked if I was going to be party of any lawsuit from injury or accident and I said no. And that was it.
