    341 was yesterday!

I was very panicked, as our lawyer was 5 minutes late! Luckily we were the last to be called and it was so easy.
He didn't ask about our monstrous tax return, he did ask us to confirm the amount of our 2nd mortgage payment. Then he said thanks....

Lawyer said our re-affs hadn't come in yet so she was going to file for an extention to our discharge but that there were no problems. I still can not believe it was that easy.

I half expected KeyBank to show up, they were trying to be sneaky and their loan showed up as a mortgage on our credit report. But they didn't and I'm not afraid of them anyways!

I am on my way to dancing hamsters

I like hearing good 341 stories. Ours is tomorrow and we are going to head up there today to make sure we can find where we are going and see where to park. I figure this is the worst thing in the world to be late to and since the courthouse is about 1 hour away and we have never been there we want to make sure we know exactly where we are going and where to park.

Congrats and tomorrow we join the 60 day club! Wish us luck!

A very good idea. Wait till you try finding a parking place. You would do well if you have a disabled permit. In our area, parking is expensive, but I had no problem with the meter maids even though I could not find a 'wheel chair' blue spot, so I just parked in a meter space. No ticket but the cars near me had some. 'Hub

Parking is like being robbed! We parked maybe 2 blocks away, and it was 6$!! The lot itself was a miriad of potholes and ripples, it was craziness. My hub is pretty familiar with our downtown, so getting there wasn't an issue, navigating through all the construction was.

I can not be late to things, it makes me physically sick. We were 45 minutes early, but it was ok, I suppose if I had heard yelling from the other room it might have been different .
