I'm currently waiting for my ch 13 discharge should happen next week after 48 months of payback.I was wondering if anyone knows how many points my credit score will rise once discharge is posted to the credit agencies.

Probably no way to tell short of seeing it after the fact. They likely will go up, but how far depends on the state of your finances BEFORE your Chapter 13. Lates, charge-offs, etc, prior to your filing date are almost certainly still reporting.
However, if you were current with all accounts on your filing date (I was, for example, and my immediate post-13 scores ranged from 590-676, with a mid-score in the 640s), they will be somewhat higher.
