Ok, so I'm having to amend both our income and expenditures. We have 2 horses that we have to board. It's easily $400 a month in upkeep for them. Can I add them to entertainment/recreation ?? The reason they weren't there when we filed is b/c the place we were renting I could keep them for free on the place. Well now we live in the "big city" and we have to board them. My other expenses are cushioned enough to cover them if you think the trustee will frown on this:yes2:

I"m not sure on this one! (Thought an honest answer might be better than none at all!)
The trustee could question this as being a 'necessary' expense. What reasons do you have for needing to keep the horses. (Just something to think about-you don't have to explain it here, but should probably be prepared for that question from the trustee.)

i found my last schedule that the lawyer did and got approved. I think I will just keep everything the same except a few items that have increased to due new job. My horses are covered in the "cushions" the lawyer put in. :yes2: so if the lawyer didn't say anything, I see no reason to bring it up now.
