We filed Ch. 7 on October 13 this year and our plan is to try and keep our home. We are current on all our payments. My question is what if we decide to surrender our home after discharge would we be forced to convert to a Ch. 13 then? We are really going to try and keep the home, but I am just worried that we won't be able to do it. Things right now look good, but I just want to be prepared if we are faced with that down the road.
