Convert 13 to 7 341 today

Today I will attend my 341 hearing on my chapt 7 conversion from 13
I wonder if the room will be jammed packed with reporters and creditors
chomping at the bits to grill me? I will be cool hand luke nothing worry
me today as I need a fresh start WISH ME LUCK

There will be the trustee (depending on debt level the UST as well).

Then there will be the lawyers for those filing
A few lawyers for some creditors might be present
Then the other people assigned to your same time

That's assuming it is held in a courtroom.

Some districts have a smaller room and only a few in it at a time.

No Reporters though that I recall. So you don't need to worry about that.

Yes the letter said no courtroom its a small room at the Trustee office...
They can take and grill me and look under all hoods I have nothing they can take of any value and if they find something they like by all means they can have it.... I not dispute fuss or fight YES SIR what ever you need it yours just give me a fresh start Nothing to hide just bad times is all and its time to convert.......

Don't forget to tell us about the outcome of your conversion. Very rare occurrence on the forum.

The clock starts now... Took all of 5 minutes my attorney was very prepared.
You can sure tell who has a good attorney and some pro se people wow some people got grilled bout everything and it had me sweating for a second!. When my turn come it was a few questions and we were done.... Very nice process Almost too releaxed! My attorney said that make quick and easy filings, If you know what to expect it makes it easier!
