    In your case, "No Assets" there shouldn't be any reason for the trustee to flag your BK.

      Opening the case up after it has been discharged, is normally done to look a tpossible issues of fraud, hidden assests etc.
      I asked my attorney this question and she told us to go and sin no more. (you can).
      I'll be watching, you may never know when or how, but I'll be there. I am there now....

        Did a little more checking on this, went to attorneys web page, there is a 180 day rule, you must report the following even if case closed: inheritance property or mutual settlement or divorce settlement, also death benefits or life insurance proceeds.

          Yes there is a 180 rule to follow, but mainly for inheritances, etc.
          You should be fine getting another auto.
          After complete discharge and case closed just live your life normally...
