341 is Jan 03 2006 Help with a few Q's

Finally got my date and now the wait begins. I really wish it was sooner. If the Trustee requests bank statements, pay stubs and the like, is it 3 months before filling or 3 months prior to 341? I need money to flow through my checking acount for business expense purposes, is this OK? Kind of sucks to go through Christmas with this hanging on my back-- down monkey down.

It's 3 months from the day you filed. I had quite a bit of money in my bank accounts the day I filed and it wasn't an issue. I run two businesses so I thought for sure I was going to get grilled at my 341 meeting but mine was one of the shortest ones of the day. But then again, I had a top not BK attorney too.
