Having trouble getting correct address. Any help?

Hi all,

I filed "Pro Se" on 10-06-05 and today received a Notification of 341 meeting, marked "Return To Sender" for one of my listed creditors.

In checking the local laws, my district rules state that I must make every effort to locate the proper address of the debtor, attempt re-service, file a certificate of service, and amend my Master Mailing List within 10 days after the conclusion of the first meeting of the creditors.

My problem... I'm finding many addresses for the same creditor, but not sure which to use. I don't want to have to go through this a second time, if possible.

The creditor is Citibank (Shell) Gasoline Card. Does anyone know a good mailing address for these people?

Any suggestions, ideas would be very much appreciated!

Just call them and ask where to send correspondence?

I had a collection agency who wouldn't do anything but yell at me and get nasty so......I fibbed because the collection agency wouldn't give me an address, I told them I would try to get a payment in the mail (money order) and where should I send it, then they gave me and address. I told them I didn't have any credit cards (which i don't), and I didn"t have a checking account, so I had to send a money order. I then listed the address on on our petition, and haven't heard from then since.
I figured the collection agencies are sneaky and try to trick you to get on the phone, I gave them a taste of thier own medicine, and I made sure I said I would try so they can't say I tricked them or attempted to commited fraud in anyway.

I tried doing that and when I called them... they said the account was at their bankruptcy department and gave me a telephone # to call. I tried the number but have yet to be able to get a live person (just voicemail hell).

Obviously they know about the bankruptcy, or the account wouldn't already be in that department.

I just don't want them coming back later and stating that they weren't notified, thus attempting to revalidate the debt.

I may just let it ride until the 341 meeting and see if anything is said. If so, then according to my local laws - I have 10 days to correct it.

I think the Des Moines Iowa addy is probably correct. I've found several different address variations (P.O. Boxes) though.
