just going oversome preliminary reports from title co on a house i am trying to buy..found this..i will call title co tomorrow but does anyone know what this means exactly????

this house was foreclosed on from the xxxx xxxx person b of a got it back and has sold it another person who is in turn selling it to me....the xxxx.xxxx person had 7 houses foreclosed and has irs liens and is in all kinds of financial trouble... i am thinking they tried to hide this in bk proceedings

That is what it sounds like, but it also seems the matter has been (probably) resolved.

If you have the names of the person(s) involved, I imagine you can plug it into Pacer and find out what happened. Or just ask the title company.

Never heard of this before, but I am not in the title business, either. You definitely want to make sure the title is not compromised in any way.
