I just got back. Boy, was a scared. The trustee we had was a little crusty around the edges. We sat and watched before our turn came. He really got on some people, asking tedious questions like, what's the most expensive power tool you have? (the guy was a self employed handyman). Another one was hard of hearing and the trustee wasn't all too patient with him. Anyway, when our name came up, I was soooooooo scared. But once I got settled in the chair, I calmed down some. He asked run of the mill questions. He did notice that our income was up from 2003 and inquired to my husband how his position had changed. The only concern he had was that we bought a new car in August, and wanted to see the title search or something. I don't know what that was all about. I guess if the finance company didn't take care of their end in 21 days, they could lose our payments or something. Anyway, it's over. And I am so happy. Now I'll sit and wait, and pray, nothing comes up in the case.
