Just looked at Pacer, my meetings tomorrow and saw flags NTCAPR also 1 credit card co listed 10/25 for meeting tomorrow. Any one know about this , help is always appreciated.Thanks. By the way i've been watching this forum for 6 months and it has helped a lot.I filed 9/26 meeting 10/26 last day to object 12/27/05 thanks .

Not sure what NTCAPR means flagged on your account. Sounds like a creditor has filed a petition with the court and will be attending the 341 meeting. Not sure of this though.
You kind of cut us "short" since the 341 meeting is tomorrow. You never saw this posting on Pacer till today???

Well 341 is over now. No one showed up. Trustee was polite, and made small talk with other attorneys, very short and quiet with mine. She had 4 other cases at the same time as ours and showed up at the exact time,2:30 listed on our docket. all 4 had the same time. Only a few questions for most,why i filed , what were my situations, the like, 1 for me about our income being net or gross. I wish 176,000 were mine ,hell id be happy with 30,000. Anyway what now? play the waiting game? thanks for the help. How long until Pacer show something for Texas ? thanks robertComment
