    Dismissal and Needed Documents

Well listen to this one: My paperwork went to the courts without a Schedule J (expenses). The paralegal who prepared my papers can't explain how that happened. I was too stupid and naive to question why an itemized expense summary was not included in my paperwork, which I checked carefully for errors before sending. Upon receiving the Notice of 341 Meeting and the attached Deficiency Note (Schedule J), I had to scramble to re-create a Schedule J to FedEx to the courts by the due date on their letter. (My paralegal was not answering her phone). I got it to the court on time, and then heard from my paralegal, who forwarded me all the forms and copies I needed. After reviewing them, I've noticed discrepancies between my re-creation and her completed Schedule J! The monthly budget is the same, but there are small differences in the breakdown of expenses. The form I downloaded off the internet is slightly different in format than the one she used. I have since mailed (again) everything to the court and trustees. I want to completely honest and tell the Truth if asked. Yes, feel like a dumb-ass but I can live with that. Do you think me case could be thrown out? Is there anything I should do?

You should be fine. Just explain that the first one was made under a time crunch when you didn't have a copy pf the original and had limited notes and had to do some guesswork because of not being able to get ahold of your paralegal. Best wishes.
