Ok so we already know I have this crazy collection agency DRIVING me nuts, and not giving me many details, so I've given all the info I have to my Lawyer as we are filling next week, however what he the lawyer can't track these nut jobs down? Do you think they will just give up? How will the debt be discharged then?

the second you have a case number give it to the crazy collection agency. They will either quit calling as required by Bk law or you will have them sanctioned by the court. I bet you will never hear from them again, just need that case number to shut them up.
