    Pacer question on discharged

I check pacer today under STATUS : awaiting closing 5 days
    Date discharged: 10-25-05

Could someone tell me what it means. I'm not really understand the info listed in PACER.

    Thanks

It means, for the most part, you're done. If you have no assets, it should be closed soon. If you have assets, the case may remain open while the trustee figures out what to do with them. (But your debts are still discharged, automatic stay over.)
Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.

It means your case is "discharge is granted" and it has been 5 days since the discharge and counting till the case is closed.

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
